The SCAR 20S is built on the same rugged Short Stroke Piston System this rifle but takes advantage of an extended monolithic receiver to bring a more capable long range platform. This Monolithic receiver free floats the legendary Cold Hammer forged Chrome Lined barrel that is meant to give superb consistent long term performance. The long monolithic picatinny rail allows you to mount a variety of optics for getting better eyes on target. This rifle also boosts a better ergonomic design with is use a premium 2 stage trigger and a non reciprocating charging handle making it easier to operate the Rifle in less conventual shooting positions. And with a solid adjustable stock you get a platform that feels at home for those longer range shooting experiences.
