The Ruger LCR is a double-action-only handgun. What that means is because the hammer concealed inside the polymer fire control housing it cannot be manually cocked, and the only way to retract the hammer is by pulling the trigger, which also fires the gun.
The Ruger LCR .357 Magnum’s Hogue Tamer Monogrip, the stainless steel monolithic frame, and the patented polymer fire control housing team up to help tame this little magnum’s recoil while cushioning your hand. The extensively fluted high strength stainless steel cylinder and features a tough and durable PVD finish. The front sight is a replaceable, pinned ramp with a white bar.
